The idea of formation of Insurance Industry Investment Co (IIICo) was
initially promoted in 1996 by Bimeh Markazi Iran with the contribution of
other Iranian insurance companies and about 30,000 individual investors. The
company has been listed in the main board of Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) since
1999.
Investment in TSE listed companies stocks, bonds, asset management and
participation in different investment projects.
IIICo's investment strategy is based on top‑down approach and identification
of investment themes and trends in the economy and financial market determines
the overall composition of the portfolio in terms of equity, bond and cash, as
well as the balance of growth vs. value stocks.
IIICo makes efforts to study the overall picture of the new companies which
are in the process of listing on the TSE, for a feasible investment decision
making.
IIICo's strategy is to manage
growth in a disciplined and controlled fashion, by considering the interests
of the company's existing shareholders.
