The Company:
Sepah Investment Company PLC (SIC) was established on
August 24, 1991 by Bank Sepah and started its operations in the following
month. The Company was listed at the Tehran Stock Exchange in January 1993
and its shares were traded for the first time on March 16, 1993 for 1300
Rials per share.
Shareholders:
At the end of the financial year being reported
(September 22, 2003), a total of 41,712 persons owned the shares of the
Company. This number represents an increase of 260 persons compared to the
last year.
