1990: Production of Nissan pick-ups (Junior 2400).
1993: Installation and launching paint shop with the new system of ED.
1993: Production of Renault 21 passenger car.
1994: Production of Pride passenger cars in 5 models.
1995: Ranking first for the production of best quality cars in the domestic market.
1996: Construction and establishment of the new factory.
1997: Attaining the first ISO 9001 certificate of car production in Iran.

1997: Completing phase 2 of Pride body shop.
1998: Production of Nasim Safari (Station Wagon)
1998: Attaining certificate for the best car manufacturing company from the Ministry of Industries.
1998: Developing into a full – range car manufacturing company by purchasing Iran Kaveh (SAIPA Diesel) and Zamyad Companies.
1998: Attempting to attain QS 9000 certificate.
1999: Increasing local content at the rate of 85% for Nissan pick-ups and 81.5% for Pride.
1999: Supply and sale of 51% of SAIPA shares in the stock market.
1999: Establishment of a contract for the production of Xantia middle – class passenger car with the French Citroen Company based on the hard currency balance.
1999: Purchase of 51% of Pars Khodro Company shares.
