PARS TIRE CO.

Background: Established in 1977 with Pirelli’s know-how and partnership, Pars Tire Co. is backed by over 18 years of hands-on experience in tire production. Today, Pars Tire ranks as one of the largest tire producers in the Middle East, boasting an annual 40,000 tons of nominal production capacity. The company is affiliated to the Bank of Industry & Mine as the main shareholder, and Bank Sepah of Iran.

Products: Pars Tire Co. is the producer of Bias tires for trucks, buses, light trucks and passenger cars; and also a producer of radial tires’ textile belt for passenger cars. The products of the company are mainly presented under the brand name of “Pirouzi” which are manufactured according to T.R.A. and E.T.R.T.O. specifications.

Credits: Pars Tire employs 1,800 skilled and experienced staff. It is equipped with modern and up-to-date manufacturing facilities, new and state-of-the-art machinery, extensive resources and production laboratories. The company has also received the certificate of the National Iranian Standard Institute as well as the ISO 9002 Certificate from the Netherlands’ DNV. Pars Tire has been chosen as the country’s competent manufacturing unit in 1997 and a competent manufacturing unit for export in 2000.

Quality Sells Itself: Pars Tire has undergone quality updating and improvement for current production through Pirelli’s technical documentation during the year 2000. Offering such quality assurance, the company exports its products to the Persian Gulf and Arab countries, C.I.S. and African countries, Turkey, Pakistan and Afghanistan. Pars Tire’s export volume exceeded USD 7,000,000 in year 2000.

We Look to the Future: The future target of Pars Tire is technological promotion utilizing Pirelli’s updated know-how in producing “All Steel Radial” tires for trucks and buses. To achieve this, the company welcomes the assistance of investors and financiers.
