Introduction

We as National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) are organizing the 1^st Iran Oil Refining Forum (IOR). This distinguished international event is to be held in Tehran on 25-26 November 2006 and its importance is due to the fact that, we are performing a great evolution in our oil refining industries which covers both scopes of existing refineries as well as new grassroots refineries.

Also residue upgrading technology and extra heavy crude oil processing would be among the major topics in the Forum. We look forward to hearing your views and opinions on license, technology, finance, marketing and other aspects related to successful development of Oil refining industries.

The forum will be greatly enhanced and enriched by your contribution.

Call for Papers:

Individuals can contribute to the success of this Forum by presenting papers on the above topics.

Abstracts should be emailed to ior@iicic.com approximately of 200 words in an attached file (Microsoft Word).

Information should include the title of the paper, name(s) and address(es) of author(s), Telephone, Fax and Email as well as a short CV.

Please submit the abstract and contact information to the Forum Secretariat.

The submission deadline for abstracts is October 15, 2006.
