The General Assembly meeting
of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) was held at Iran Chamber of
Commerce, Industries and Mines attended by all members.
After presenting reports on
the performance of Iran ICC by its Secretary-General Dr. Mehdi Behkish, and
heads of relevant committees, election for new members was held. According to
statute of ICC, one-third of nine organizational (legal) members and one-third
of 15 individual (real) members should be reelected. During recent election of
ICC, 13 candidates were present and 51 members cast their votes with the
following results:
A. Real members:

45 votes
2. Dr. Farhad Fozouni
37 votes
3. Mr. Mohsen Khalili
33 votes
4. Dr. Pedram Soltani
32 votes
5. Mr. Afghahi
30 votes
B. Legal members:
1. Iran Chamber of
Commerce, Industries and Mines 39 votes
2. National Iranian Oil
Company 31 votes
3. Bank Melli of
Iran 24 votes
International Chamber of
Commerce (ICC) is an open international window through which we can look at
and interact with the world.
While congratulating
