Secco Aims at Quality Improvement and Energy Saving

Secco Iran produces profile, types of single-layer and double-layer doors and windows, pre-fabricated and pre-painted thermal breaks, types of glass facades and composites, UPVC doors & windows, partitions & glass facade, suspending ceiling, kiosk and connex (pre-fabricated houses), rail, wooden doors frame, security structures, automatic Venetian blinds & shade, solar screen, industrial revolving doors for parking and villas, industrial and commercial automatic protection and office equipment, beds, tables, chairs and book shelves.

The company manufactures its products in Iran under the license of Italian Secco Company. Production of profile by Italian Secco Company dates back to 1930. Presently, over 50 countries of the world possess Secco system and Secco Iran is one the oldest and most powerful companies. Secco Iran employs 300 workers, clerks, engineers and managers. It has sale agents and technical teams in all provincial capitals and big sub-provinces. Meanwhile, the company is the sale agent of French Samfi and German Marantek companies for automatic motors of doors and Venetian blinds. Secco aims at quality improvement of light structures in building industry, decreasing energy consumption and creation of a healthy living and work environment for Iranians.”

In addition to production of 60 types of profile to meet the demands of Secco factories as well as Iranian manufacturing and assembling units, Secco produces other types of profile including profile for Pride sedan’s doors (SAIPA Co.), Jaben and Gital companies. Types of office and home table, chair, book shelves and beds are other products of Secco. Secco produces 300,000 square meters of prefabricated galvanized doors and windows, 3,600 tons of types of frames and profile for wooden doors, 1,700 tons of break pallet, UPVC doors and windows, 1,000 tons of PVC profile, 40,000 square meters of electronics doors, 4,000 square meters of automatic doors, 1,200,000 square meters of double layer glass, 5,000 pieces of office and home furniture, 20,000 square meters of book shelves.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned figures are for just one working shift while Secco Iran works for three shifts or two shifts at least.

Exports

Doors and windows are fragile and heavy, hence they are not transported around the world but, Secco Iran has exported its products to Qatar, UAE, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Thailand, Malaysia and even Italy.

Secco Iran meets the demands of the majority of national and large projects of Iran such as refineries, power plants, airports, assembly halls, Tehran-Mashhad Metro, Mobarakeh Steel Co., Steel Melting Co., Iran Khodro, Saipa, copper and cement industries, Apadana Ceram, administrative and governmental buildings such as central building of Ministry of Roads, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Oil, Fisheries, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Budget Organization, Judiciary, municipalities, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, military and disciplinary organizations, Housing Investment Co., satellite estates of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, residential and coastal townships, universities, hospitals, banks, commercial complexes, Ekbatan Township, Mahestan Towers, Shahrak-e Gharb, Atisaz Towers, Aseman Tabriz and thousands of other large projects.

In cooperation with IRISL, Secco Iran has compiled door and window standards. Secco Iran has received quality assurance certificate from Italian Jordano Co. and a number of international companies being active in this field. The company has been named exemplary unit in Iranian industry and also exemplary manager for a number of times. In addition to domestic exhibitions, Secco Iran Co. has participated at exhibitions held at Australia, Russia, UAE, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan, Malaysia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. We have received plaques of honor and quality as well. Meanwhile, we have received a plaque from minister of commerce as an exemplary tax payer.

Furthermore, Secco has managed to serve construction industry. “We are proud of participating in such projects whose requirements were previously supplied through imported materials,” says Ahmad Pourfallah Managing Director of Secco Iran Co. “We have gained our customers satisfaction in small and big projects. Customer orientation is a principle in Secco and our customers are our source of credit.”

By diversifying designs and color of products, Secco has help beautification of cities, houses and offices. Through presenting special doors and windows in terms of noise, air and moisture insulation, the company has managed to help saving in energy consumption. Creating job opportunities (direct and indirect) is a source of glory for the company. In terms of social responsibilities, Secco Iran has been a forerunner.

Secco MD’s Background

Ahmad Pourfallah, Managing Director of Secco Iran Co. since 1982, is one of the prominent industrial and commercial figures of Iran who maintains an active presence in different fields. Pourfallah holds an MS in industrial management and has 35 years of experience as managing director in large industrial units of Iran. Presently, he is managing director and vice chairman of board of directors of Secco Iran Company. He has been a member of board of directors of economic, management and social associations including Higher Labor Council, deputy chairman of Iran-Italy Chamber, Havapak and Tirajeh companies. At present, he is representative of Tehran and Iran Chambers of Commerce, deputy chairman of board of directors of Iran-Italy Chamber of Commerce, a member of Tehran and Iran industries commissions, a member of International Commerce Commission (ICC), a member of Standard Brand Holders Association and a member of Board of Trustees and senior advisor to board of founders of Cancerous Children Institution (MAHAK). Pourfallah is also a member of Iran Industrial Managers Association.
